Conducted a full process review and gap analysis, redesigned workflows end-to-end, and led implementation of MS365 tools to automate and standardise how the team worked.
No structured system for managing stock or tracking service delivery. The business was losing time and money to disorganisation it couldn't even see clearly.
Designed and implemented a SAGE 50 inventory management system from scratch, tailored to the way the business actually operated.
